Vaxis Storm 3000 Wireless Video Transmission System – Pre-order 7- 10 days
Vaxis Storm 3000 supports up to 1080p60 uncompressed signal transmission with less than 1 ms of latency over the 5.1 to 5.9 GHz frequency. The Storm 3000 transmitter features 3G-SDI and HDMI inputs plus a 3G-SDI loop output, and the Storm 3000 receiver has dual 3G-SDI simultaneous outputs and an HDMI output. Both units come with a V-mount plate. Both also support continuous power via 2-pin LEMO power inputs. Two D-Tap to LEMO cables is included.
The STORM 3000 Wireless HDMI/SDI Transmission Suite utilizes today’s most advanced wireless video transmission technology, which can realize the broadcast-class and uncompressed 3G SDI/HDMI HD video signal transmitted with no compression and zero delays. The suite includes one transmitter and one receiver, where the transmitter provides a 3G/HD SDI input and an HDMI input, and the receiver also provides a 3G/HD SDI output and an HDMI output.
Other features include OLED displays, multicasting, timecode, and metadata support, ARRI ALEXA Mini instant playback, and smart active cooling that allows for extended operation in hot environments. Both units are designed with robust metal housing.
The wireless suite can accept a wide range of DC power inputs, which is suitable for many kinds of camera battery models. The suite also can sustain ±8 kV ESD (HBM, contact discharge), and the industry-class metal case and professional heat design would guarantee the most robust reliability.
